CT Control Temp's service department is the backbone of our organization. Our staff of twenty-five technicians and our fleet of twenty mobile service vehicles provide all our company's technical services.

All of our service technicians are trained in various branches of the industry. We also have specialists in each area who are dedicated to being leaders in their field. They receive factory training and constant upgrades to service the newest products on the market.

All technicians are in constant communication with our dispatch centre and with other technicians using mobile telephones. While you may see only one service technician on your site, you can be sure that technician is backed by a team of other technicians and management with decades of experience. 

All of our management staff hold a trade qualification in refrigeration and have broad experience working in the field.
